The Method of Self-Recognition is a closed practice for those for whom the distance between the outer life and the inner one has grown too wide to keep ignoring.

It is neither therapy nor coaching. There are no techniques here, no checklists, no goals, no programmes. There are six sessions with one practitioner — and the silence in which what is impossible amid noise becomes possible.

Section01 The Method

Four principles upon which the work stands. Not techniques — a frame.

Discernment, not optimisation.

The method does not make you better. It returns you to the discernment between who you are and what you have taken for yourself. From there, one may live with that distinction — or not.

The mask is not removed by effort.

Any attempt to "remove the mask" creates a new one. The mask falls away when what lies beneath it becomes visible — and consciously holding it ceases to be necessary.

Discretion as condition, not marketing.

Self-recognition does not work in public. The closed format and the principle of anonymity are not positioning — they are the condition under which the process becomes possible.

Six sessions — a boundary, not a product.

An open-ended "years of work" arrangement suits the practitioner — not the client. Six sessions impose an end. That is precisely why they carry weight.

Section02 Format

Neither therapy nor coaching. A closed practice of six sessions — with one and the same person, without programme or instruments.

The method assumes no "continuation". Six sessions complete the contour.

No groups, cohorts, or shared channels.

Once every one or two weeks. The pace is yours — not the calendar's.

Asynchronous correspondence. A question that arrives on Wednesday need not wait until Friday.

Complete confidentiality

No recordings, no names on public lists, no testimonials, no mentions. The principle of anonymity remains in force after the work concludes.

The method neither treats nor optimises. It returns you to discernment.

Section03 Fit

The method is not for everyone. This is not a limitation — it is the condition of its quality.

Suitable

If this resonates:

  • You learned to achieve long ago. External answers have ceased to satisfy.

  • The form of the work matters to you — closed, quiet, without publicity.
  • You are prepared for six sessions and for the work that takes place between them.
Not suitable

The method does not work if:

  • You are seeking therapy or trauma work — that is a different competency and a different professional.
  • You need quick techniques, checklists, or ready-made solutions.
  • You want a group format or an open community.
  • You see this as one more self-development tool to add to a collection.

The fee is named openly. All conditions follow the assessment and one conversation.

Full course — €5,000.
Six sessions. Named once. It does not move.

Enrolment is only possible after the fit assessment and one short conversation. This is not a funnel — it is the way to confirm the method suits both sides.

The method is developed and conducted by a single practitioner. Work has been carried out with business owners and senior executives across Germany, Austria, and Russia.

Contact is established through the fit assessment and a brief conversation on WhatsApp. The name is shared only after mutual confirmation of the format.
